Certification. You've looked through braindump sites and decided it's not worth the risk using them for

Why not start with the Microsoft website itself? There is a search engine there that will tell you where
the nearest training courses are based on your location. Or, you can purchase WordPress books from
them that give detailed explanations on what you need to know.
The Microsoft Learning portal (MSDN) also gives you an idea of what you should expect while taking the
exam. It's very useful in order to get your mindset right and be able to pass the exam under reasonable
circumstances. While no one is saying that it's easy, your work experiences coupled with what you have
learned throughout the years would give you more than the basic knowledge of the problems that the
exam is based on.
You can also look into training courses online and download test questions from there. These are
constantly changing, since the MCSD Certification questions also change after a certain time, so you
should be reassured that you are studying what is up-to-date and relevant to the exam in question.
